My wife Monica and I moved from Staten Island in New York city to the special gem that is Hobe Sound in 2006 to find the perfect place to start and raise our family. Because of my involvement in the education and activities of my two small boys, I have an awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area.
In 1983 I attended St. John’s University school of business in New York. Then I went to Wagner College on Staten Island where I became a member of the Theta Chi fraternity. Afterward I studied at The University of Salamanca in Spain to learn Spanish language and history. Later I studied at the Rizvi international School in Belo Horizonte Brazil, to learn Portuguese. As such I am fluid in Three languages and can assist in the buying and selling of property to a wide segment of clients.
Before officially starting my career as a sales associate here in Hobe Sound Florida, I have been an investor in the real estate market for over 30 years.
After a long time as the owner of a manufacturing facility Master Design Company in Brooklyn New York, Primarily handling sales, personally selling such companies as Kmart, Target, the Kirby Company, Hoover, Ace Hardware & True value, Dollar General among many others; I have become acutely familiar with the needs of demanding buyers.
After winning the vendor of the year award for excellence from the Ryobi Corporation; I decided to concentrate in 2004 in the selling of real estate and have sold many millions of dollars’ worth of commercial and Residential property. At the same time, I became a commercial landlord learning the very different needs of renters.
It is this selling experience which I have learned over the past 30 plus years that I bring to the table as a Sales Associate to sell your property.
I am also an avid yachtsman since 1995, In New York Boating in Long Island Sound to destinations such as Montauk, Block Island, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Island. Later when I moved to Florida, I traveled from my home on the Intercostal waterway here in Hobe Sound to the Bahamas and Beyond. Living on the water for ten years I bring a unique perspective to living on waterfront property by practical experience which I hope to share with others wanting to buy a home on the water to have a great opportunity to enjoy all that the lifestyle has to offer. We live in a very special place and I hope to share this “paradise” with others.
